Description

Made from maple sap that is harvested from native maple forests of the Northeastern United States and Canada. 100% Pure Maple Sugar is made exclusively by the evaporation of maple sap. Maple sugaring occurs in the spring between February and April with the best sap flows generated on cold night and warm days. A sugar bush takes 40 years to reach productive size from seedlings and it is an excellent source of Manganese and Riboflavin. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
