Description

Teff is a tiny ancient grain native to Ethiopia and Eritrea and is one of the smallest grains in the world. Despite its size, it is nutrient-dense, naturally high in dietary fiber, iron, calcium, protein, and essential amino acids. It has a mild, slightly nutty and earthy flavor. Teff is naturally gluten-free, non-GMO, and widely used in clean-label and allergen-friendly formulations.
