Description
Pure Vanilla Extract, although a sub-ingredient, is a diverse ingredient. Pure Vanilla Extract is brewed with 35% food grade ethyl alcohol and 65% water, as required by the FDA. Double-Fold Vanilla Extract is twice as potent as Single-Fold. Alcohol-free Vanilla uses glycerin to extract the vanilla flavor notes, rather than ethyl alcohol. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
