Description

Pine Nuts may actually be classified as a seed. Gatherers climb tall trees to pick the pine cones where wild Pine Nuts grow. Removing the Pine Nut from its cone and the outer shell is a laborious process. Pine Nuts are high in fatty acids and contain pinolenic acid which is known to help curb appetite cravings. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
