Obtained by pressing whole olive into a paste and using a centrifugation, process to extract the liquid fat, olive oil is a fantastic source of antioxidants and healthy fats. Offered in both extra virgin and unrefined varities, the product can have both a neutral flavor profile with a high smoke point or the more characteristic peppery taste of olive oil. Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Vegan.
