Description

Made from the sugary sap drippings of coconut flower buds. It is traditionally processed by evaporating the sap. Lower glycemic alternative to cane sugar, brown sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Coconut Sugar is known to be sweeter than traditional sugar. Approximately half as much coconut sugar or add to taste, as necessary. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO. ROC Available.
