Description

Made from the sugary sap of coconut flower buds. It is traditionally processed by evaporating the sap. Known to be a slightly lower glycemic sweetener compared with traditional cane sugar. Intended food ingredient perfect replacement for agave, honey, brown rice syrup, tapioca syrup, maple syrup and cane sugar. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
