Uses

A gluten free alternative for baking breads, muffins, cakes, cookies, pancakes and waffles. Added as a thickener in soups, gravies, and sauces.

Description

Finished product is a creamy white to light brown powder with up to 20% fat content. After extracting most of the oil from desiccated coconut the residue or cake produced is pulverized to make the flour. Slightly dense and higher in fiber compared to some other flours. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
