Cashews are technically a kidney-shaped seed that grows on the bottom of the cashew apple, which is the fruit of the cashew tree. Cashews are rich source of protein and high in vitamins and minerals. Cashews have a rich, somewhat buttery or creamy flavor. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
