Uses

Description

Amaranth seeds are whole seeds that have a nutty, earthy and somewhat grassy taste. Amaranth contains amino acids lysine and methionine. It is rich in protein (roughly 17 % by weight), manganese magnesium and iron. Amaranth also has roughly 5 times the iron and 3 times the fiber of wheat. Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO.
